About US-Bangla Airlines
The Airline initially acquired two Bombardier built DASH 8-Q400 aircrafts and the 3rd after few months of operation. All Q400 aircraft are configured by 76 seats in single cabin with high speed propeller engines which can fly at jet speed of 667 kilometers per hour. In reality, Q400 is the fastest propeller aircraft and also one of the safest aircraft with no record of fatal incident.
The Airline (BS) was awarded AOC (Nr 20) on 08 July 2014 to operate in domestic sectors.
US-BANGLA Airlines (BS) launched its journey on 17 July 2014 with an expressed motto “Fly Fast Fly Safe”. In the midst of national and local carriers, currently US-BANGLA Airline is operating maximum number of flights, transported maximum number of passengers which is about 50% of the total domestic market share.
Since commencement of operation; BS turns into the fragment leader in domestic destinations and becomes the preferred airline amongst travelers.
BS made a signpost on 15 May 2016 with its entry into the international air space through operation in Kathmandu, Nepal; later on four Jet engine Boeing 737-800 are inducted in US-BANGLA’s fleet of aircraft; for Your comfort all these B737-800 aircraft are configured by 08 seats in Business class and 156 seats in Economy class. Since mid May 2016 US-BANGLA Airlines is regularly increasing frequencies and widening up wings over different cities in various countries in SAARC, Middle East (GCC) and Southeast Asian countries by three modern B737-800 aircraft. In coming days BS is planning to further widen up wings over to Guangzhou (China), DOHA (Qatar), PARO (Bhutan), DUBAI (UAE) & JEDDAH (KSA). Three more Boeing 737 – 800 will join in fleet by April 2018 and also the company is planning to procure some wide body aircraft like Airbus 330 in near future.
It is convenient for the both inbound & outbound passengers to connect through gateways DHAKA (DAC), CHITTAGONG (CGP) & SYLHET (ZYL) to domestic and international destinations from Bangladesh by US-BANGLA Airlines.
Three most important aspects i.e. Safety, On-time performance and Passengers’ comfort are always given utmost importance in our airline. We are maintaining on-time departure very rigorously which is about 98.7%; the highest amongst all Bangladesh national and non-government carriers.
